The History

The Streeten family have lived in the Tonbridge area since 1856 and have a long established history in farming and land husbandry across Kent.  The Knowledge and values gained over the past 150 years in all areas of property and estate management has been passed down through the generations and our traditional principles and practices are still at the heart of our business today.

The People

Edwin Streeten-Smith  

Ed grew up on his grandfathers farm in Tonbridge, from the moment he took his first steps his grandfather taught him  everything there was to know about land and estate management. The experience he gained on the family estate soon turned into a passion for land and property management.

This passion led Ed to put his lifelong skills to use and qualify in a range of areas for estate, garden and property maintenance including NPTC and Lantra qualifications in tree surgery, and a City & Guilds Diploma in plastering, tiling, plumbing and carpentry.

Ed is also a PRINCE 2 practitioner in project management making him ideally placed to run projects both large and small for all our clients.

Toni Streeten-Smith

Toni has a strong background within the property industry having worked for many years for a property developer in London, leading onto the lettings industry in Kent.

An experienced Property Inspector Toni has developed the inventory reporting arm of Streetens where her organisational skills, close attention to detail and scrutiny to cleanliness offers clients a service they can rely upon and trust.

Our Staff

We understand how important it is to trust the person you invite onto your property. We have a very stringent recruitment process to ensure we only employ people who we, ourselves, would trust in our home.

All our staff are CRB checked and references from previous employers are followed up. We ensure they are adequetly qualified and share our core values.
